The registration for Physics@FOM Veldhoven 2014 is closed. The deadline was Friday 15 November 2013. You can contact veldhoven@fom.nl for questions.

Registration by group
Just like last year, registration should be done by group registration. For the group registration, emails have been sent to the group leaders with a password and log-in name. Group leaders can log in to register their group members. Group leaders who have not yet received log-in information, can contact us at veldhoven@fom.nl or at +31 (0)30 600 12 22. Log in for group registration.

Individual registration
Individuals who cannot be registered via the group registration can contact us for an individual registration account.

Costs
Attending Physics@FOM Veldhoven 2014 is free of charge. However, registered participants that do not attend and who fail to cancel, will be charged € 175,00.

Submission of an abstract does not imply registration
The abstract deadline was 13 September 2013 and is now closed. Please note that the submission of abstracts does not imply registration for the conference.

Public transport
As many people travel by public transport, FOM organizes bus services between Eindhoven Central Station and NH Koningshof on Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. In addition, FOM will organize transport to Eindhoven CS on Tuesday night after the evening programme and back on Wednesday morning in time for the morning sessions.

Overnight stay
Participants will be staying in NH Koningshof and in five nearby other hotels. We cannot accommodate preferences for one of the six locations. No guarantees can be made in which hotel you are staying. FOM will provide free transportation to the other hotels on Tuesday evening after the evening programme and on Wednesday morning in time for the morning sessions.

In January all participants will receive the programme booklet, including their hotel arrangement.

Childcare
This year FOM offers free professional childcare on site at NH Koningshof for all participants of Physics@FOM Veldhoven. You can request for the childcare via the registration form. If you have any questions, you can contact us at veldhoven@fom.nl or at +31 (0)30 600 12 22.

FOM employees can also apply for refund of extra childcare costs (see the FOM Implementation Regulations, IR-3, Article 10.9, page 16) associated with business trips via the 'Expense claim form'. Please note that a receipt is required for this application.
