General explanation

Flamingo is FOM's electronic grant application system. You must register as a user before you can use the system. Then you will be able to manage your electronic applications to FOM.
Flamingo allows you to change or delete any of your grant applications that you have not yet submitted to FOM. Once you have completed all of the details for the application, it can be submitted to FOM. Only the details of completed and submitted applications are visible to FOM staff.
Submitted applications can no longer be changed. That way the copy FOM has is the same as the version you submitted.
