FOM Governing Board appoints new members
The FOM Governing Board has appointed three new members with effect from 1 January 2014: Prof. Hester Bijl, Dean of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering and Professor of Computational Aerodynamics at Delft University of Technology, Prof. Marjolein Dijkstra, Professor of Soft Condensed Matter at the Debye Institute for Nano-Materials Science, Utrecht University, and Prof. Marco Beijersbergen, founder and managing director Cosine measurement systems and visiting professor at Leiden University.

After ten years of service Dr. Jacques Joosten is retiring from the Board. Prof. Jos Benschop, Prof. Stan Bentvelsen, Prof. Rienk van Grondelle, Prof. Hans Hilgenkamp and Prof. Renate Loll have all been re-appointed for a period of five years.
